Pc wont boot into windoes

my pc will not load up windos.  i am able to boot to bios and edit bios but nothing past that.  just shows black screen no sound

 I have re installed windows 10. 

restated everything in the pc.  all power connectors all sada cables.

took off my peripherals  swapped out the ram.  tried to run win 10 start up repair.  changed my hard drives.  changed out sada cables.

 

My components are intel i5 7600k, msi z 270 a pro.  samsug 850 evo 250g  i have current version of windows 10. 750 watt power supply

Setup your bios proper. You can find many topics about that on this forum.

hes talking about setting up your boot order, make sure your boot order under boot options is correct. if cant find your storage device make sure you're in UEFI.
