Utilization in my rx 580 gpu spikes from 100% to 5-10% constantly. Ill be in game with good fps but with tearing or stuttering. And I dont know whats causing it. The gpu worked fine in a previous build but was recently connected to the mobo, ram, and cpu and now its going haywire.

specs:

GIGABYTE Z370XP SLI - motherboard

Go to detailed process view and look for the source(if any) that is is using the GPU.

I didnt know there was a gpu section in processes, its been hidden by default.

Update: GPU stopped spiking. This build is 2 days old and both days it was spiking for about an hour, after turning my pc on, then stopped. Ill be sure to check processes tomorrow when it spikes again.
