What fan/heatsink do i need Optiplex 745-q6600

I am upgrading a sff optiplex 745 and recently replaced the processor with a core 2 quad q6600. I think the cpu is running a bit hot, or at least hotter than it should for the load i am putting on it. What would be a good but cheap heatsink that would keep it cool, and fit into the super small case.

I think there were two different heatsinks available for the 745/755/760/780 SFF. One had a single copper pipe, one had two. You could go for the one with two pipes, but I've run literally dozens of those BTX-era SFF Optis with a Q6600, even Pentium Ds, and never found either heatsink to be inadequate unless something else was going on. How clean is the case? Does the fan sound healthy?

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
