Safe yes, reaching that, very unlikely.

Idk, every stick is different. Try 2666 CL19 (timings following JEDEC standards) first, sticks good enough to do more than that usually get taken away for higher rated kits, in other words unlikely your 2133 kit can do more.

I don't know why my gameplay is stuttering. I'm using :

gpu : 1050Ti

cpu : Ryzen 5 3600

ram : Hyperx Fury 8gb 2133mhz (single)

hdd : WD 1TB

Mobo : B450M Steel Legen

 

do you have any idea what the problem could be?
