G903 not turning off when shutting down PC

When I shut down my PC my G903 (not plugged in) doesn't turn off, I really don't want to plug it in everytime I shut down my PC anyone that have any idea how to make the mouse turn completely off so even if I move it by accident it doesn't turn on?

According to the manual,  there is a switch on the bottom.

also it could be that the usb its plugged into is a hot plug as in its made to be on all the time for charging purposes,take a look in the bios for this,on my board (asus maximus ix extreme) theres options to turn hot plug off...maybe yours too?
