So I got it up to 4.7ghz and only a 2% throttle after running prime95 for about 30-40 mins, and my temps when actually runnning a game are good. I managed to get an overclock to 4.7ghz with a voltage of 1.325, and is it ok that it goes 2% throttle during a aida64 stresstest? It should be I guess, because it's an artificial load, and from what I saw it was very bouncy between the temps, bu tI'd say I got an average temp of about 80-85 deg. So is it all good?

It all looks pretty decent to me! Temps look a tad high for a custom loop but I could be wrong.

When i was -testing- my 4770k at 4.5 core 4.3 cache for 9h 20min in aida64 (I stopped it) with bios voltages at vcore 1.34v , vccin 2.0v , vring 1.3v , i/o analog/digital and system agent all +0.100 my cpu which is DELIDED (CLU on the die, mx-4 on IHS) and cooled by corsair H110 hit max package temps (hwinfo) 71C (average 62-67)... Also my hwinfo reported vcore to go up to 1.356v.... So what i say is delid it and congrats on a above average chip. Im now at 4.5ghz 4.2cache (4.3 was stress stable but not game stable, for game stable i used BF4 ultra settings 1080p) 1.32, 1.96 1.26 +0.100 ddr2666 cl10 12 12 31 1.655v fully stable (stress and gaming stable!) 4.5 is unfortenately my cpu limit... hope this helps...
