Can I run at 144fps on first person shooters at 1080p on high settings like cod,apex,bf,tf etc and can I overclock?

Not the best cooler but can defo do 1080p 144fps and will probably overclock well enough.

I should think so. Check some benchmarks (Hardware Unboxed are good) to see what it will run each game at.
