Laptop wont turn on

So guys this my first topic so be patient after all am a nabi

My laptop was repaired and keyboard replaced yet when i tried to turn on. 

The fan spibs for a splut sec and the line turns then dies directly. 

Changed the board yet still the same issue i ordered a new power switch cable and controller but wondering if any faced same thing
