Laptop with excellent build and screen quality?

Hello everyone

 

I'm currently looking to buy a new laptop for daily use. I've always been a fan of the Apple macbook pro laptops because of the build and screen quality, however they're crazy expensive and macOS is foreign territory for me so i'm looking for a good value windows alternative.

 

I don't plan on playing any games on this machine, but i still want something powerful for productivity use, such as photoshop, music production and video editing. I would also prefer a design that doesn't scream gamer, but rather more professional/business looking. My budget is around 1000-2000 euros. 

 

Is there anything specific that you guys would recommend me?

Look no further than any P, X, or T series Thinpad. X1 Carbons are a very popular laptop, and have great battery life with some nice screen options.
