Need help with boot

Hey guys I'm a pretty new builder, but I built my friend a computer and we ran into a problem I cant figure out how to fix. When ever we start the computer it gets stuck at the "press f2 or delete to enter bios" screen. The only way to get it to boot windows it to enter the bios and then exit and it will launch just fine after that. Does anybody know of any way to fix this

It must say more then just "press F2 or delete to enter BIOS".
Does it give a reason? Maybe make a clear picture of the screen and post that here.
 

Else go into the BIOS turn fast boot off, or turn the fullscreen logo off so you can see the error messages (if any).

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

I'm pretty sure that's all it says, but I asked my friend to send me a photo when be gets a chance I'll keep you updated

Are you able to get into the BIOS and then turn off fast boot anf full screen logo?
Cus then it might show you, and that would be the only way to find a fix form over the internets...
