[FIXED] WINDOWS WON'T BOOT Properly!!!

Recently, my firends PC wont boot properly. Windows boots but it gets stuck once it reaches the desktop. It dosent seem to unfreeze. Could this be because Windows is corrupted. Why is this and how can i fix it?
