Unexpected store exception bsod while gaming

I have already checked the health if my harddisk and ssd both are 100% and in good health. I tried reinstalling the windows by formating the C drive but still I got the same bsod. While playing the game freezes, only cursor moves . And after 10-15 the Bsod happens. It only happens while gaming mostly while Fortnite. Should I buy new ram sticks can they be the culprit? Or maybe the gpu?
