I think you have to drill it out. Or try using some strong adhesive and bond a screw tip on it. Then use the automatic screwdriver to remove it.

If it is not phillips head or flat head you are not supposed to be able to open it. Plus that is not even a screw, I can't even see the image but I know what it is. Rivets can typically be removed by making the hole bigger with a drill however in order to put something back on it you will need to use a nut and a bolt.

see f you can make some small indentions on it get some putty/ super glue and put in with a screw driver let it harden then try.... or layer eletrical tape with a screw driver unless its a rivet otherwise you have to drill it out

Another option is to destroy the plastic around it and force 'er out with pliers or vice grips. 

 

Either way... You're gonna have to fuck shit up.

You have two options.

 

Get a - head screw driver something that will dig into the metal apply constant pressure and turn wile applying significant pressure.  It might work.
