Hey there,

So today I was using my PC lightly (on Facebook) and I received a BSOD, it flashed before I could read the error. I assumed Windows had just shat itself, like it does. I reboot and we're all good to go.

Tonight I'm playing Tf2 and BOOM! Crash! This time I grab the error, it's a RAM hardware error.

I systematically pinpoint which stick crashes until I find the cooperate.

However, the PC still boots (hit and miss) with this stick.

So I was wondering, could it be the hardware is fine and a setting is wrong, or something similar? I'm in laying bed, so I may not be responsive (I fall asleep).

Thanks for your post!

It maybe that the RAM kti/stick may be good but just not compatible with your motherboard or maybe one stick is bad. Check here to see if you kit is listed.........http://www.patriotmemory.com/includes/support/memory_selector_resultsp.jsp

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

My PC magically has decided to repair itself. 98 minutes without issue.

Well hope it stays that way :)
