Hello,

I was wondering, should a laptop consisting of a 8750H and a RTX 2060 be able to stream 1080p 60fps while maintaining a consistent 144fps in game, such as Overwatch, LOL, DBD, and so forth? It seems every time I try to stream anything really, my laptop instantly ramps up to 100% fans and starts micro stuttering in game with some longer periods of complete lag/ being frozen in game. Also, my stream does the same thing, stuttering, lagging, freezing. I figured this is almost the best you can buy atm in a laptop and should be able to at least stream Overwatch and LOL of all games without a problem at 1080p 60fps. I play all of my games on low/ lower mid settings to squeeze out 144 fps as it is, except for Overwatch and LOL which both run into the 200+fps sometimes.

Negative, it wont. Even full desktop counterparts on a single machine struggle to do 1080/60. Single machine should almost always be 720/60, but you're on a laptop so you will be power constrained. I would never advise gaming/streaming from a laptop due to thermal constraints and power limits.

You might be able to do it using NVENC new encoder on OBS, just keep an eye on the GPU usage, avoid going over 95%, use vsync when possible and you should be able to do 720p @60
