So in the matter of a couple weeks my CPU has gotten so back GTA barely works, its a really old A10 7850K (I am upgrading in a day or two to a 2700X) but it shouldn't be as bad as it is at a 4.2 gHz with a 4.6 gHz overclock.
Here is a video of progressing into basically not working at all, the CPU is being over used by something and I don't know what, I close everything in the task manager before each one of those runs. I dont want it to affect my new CPU when I get it, ideas?

system;
CPU: A10 7850K
GPU: gtx 1660 ti

RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB 1866MHz DDR3

MOTHERBOARD: a78m-e45 v2
HHD GTA V is being run on: Seagate Barracuda 3TB ST3000DM007

What does Task Manager say is eating up your CPU?

This drew my attention in the video you posted:

You're starting off with one CPU core pegged at 100%. The reason for this is probably because the A-series chips weren't that good when they were new, and throwing GTA V at it won't help at all. I had an A6-5400K that struggled to complete basic Windows tasks even when overclocked to 4.4Ghz(from stock 3.6).

If you're upgrading to a better system in a matter of days, I would honestly not worry about it. Odds are you'll have a much better experience with Ryzen overall.
