Random FPS lag spikes

Hello everyone,I got a new computer (Rysen 7 2700x ,rx 590 ,gigabyte aorus b450 pro-wifi ,2X8GB ram from ballistix,EVGA 750W G+ power supply),sinse i got my computer i have been having this weird lag spikes,is really noticeable in game(i don't see happening on idel) ,I don't really know what is wrong with my computer ,all is brand new.
Some notes:
-after that noticing the wierd spikes I changed to my old GPU(gtx1050ti) and had the same issue,
-all the drives were installed and updated(i don't know if the BIOS are updated because i don't know how to do it),
-i'm don't really know about softwares(be patient with me),
-on afterburner the GPU temp,frequency,VRAM frequency,energy and CPU usege all spikes at the same time.

My english is problably rough because is not my first language.

what games is it happening in any specific game?

most of the games i played happened after 20 to 30 minutes.

actually every one i had played yet(CS:GO/LOL/BF4/Black Squad/Cry of Fear/The Division 2)

Cry of Fear and CS:GO had the worst spikes of all of them.
