Hello anyone who is reading this! I recently bought some new computer components and decided it would be a great idea to rebuild my old pc. Made sure everything was compatible via pcpartpicker.com and was off to the races. I installed a new motherboard, CPU, and RAM. Once installed, Windows would not boot up without safe mode. Okay, so I tried to do a fresh install of Windows 10 and now the computer freezes during setup and install phases. The furthest I've been able to get to was 47% for getting the files ready for install!!! Not even to the install phase!! Sorry for the exclamation points. I've gone as far as to unplug my other two hard drives and only use my new Samsung Evo SSD without anything on it so no old files or drivers would conflict with the install. I have also unplugged all but 1 of my RAM sticks in an effort to see if that would help.

As a caveat, I do not remember my Windows product key and have been using the option to skip it.

Does anyone have any insight into what might be going on or a work around?

Thank you in advance!

My build is:
CPU: Intel i7-9700k
Motherboard: Z390 Aorus Ultra
RAM: 64gb (4x16) G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 3000
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070
OS: Windows 10 Home
