Cannot View Floatplane Content despite paying for it

Ever since the removal of the Floatplane tab on the LTT Forums, I've been completely unable to view any of the floatplane content on any device. I just payed for the annual subscription a couple of months ago, and now I cannot view anything on the floatplane site. this is very disappointing. I tried using the automatic fixer and it said transaction id not found. what happened?

 

i did send an email to the floatplane support email a few days ago but still havent heard back.
