Draw distance solution

I've tried updating my drivers,i've checked all of the games' settings.But it didn't work.Idk if it's a hardware issue or just software.But every game i play has a low draw distance(Loading in grass,decals and stuff).

So please,if anyone has a solution,tell me.My last choice is to reset my computer.Idk if that works.

 

 

Computer components:

Intel I5 3330 Processor

Gigabyte's Nvidia GTX 1050ti Low Profile (OC mode included)

8GB Ram

500GB Disk space

High draw times can be from spinning HDDs. Are your games installed on a hard drive or an SSD?
