Computer reboot after plugin an external hard drive

So my PC is about 2 months old, so everything is kinda new. Today my system began to reboot after I plug in an external hard drive in the front panel. I tried to use the back IO shield port and everything was fine until I finished and unplugged the hard drive, the system rebooted again. Interesting. I wanna know if there is a problem in my power supply or motherboard or my house power. Can I just leave it there since I can use the USB port on my monitor?

 

The PSU should be enough, my PC config is EVGA 750W G3 + X470 taichi + 2700X + 2070 + 32G ram and a bunch of fans and a hard drive.
