Thank you I'm wondering would a 16 GB 3200 MHz be much better

It would be an improvement from the 2666mhz yes, but you still didn't answer my question in order to help you get a part list going we need to know what country you are in and your budget...

I have not suggested a build yet that is my signature listing the specs for my personal computer...

@elijahjue Here is a build I put together based on the Corsair Prebuilt system Linus reviews in the video, it is a little bigger but it has a better processor, faster memory, and a nice motherboard for overclocking for a tad cheaper. Keep in mind that here in the next few weeks there will be much better components to choose from, the new AMD processors come out in 2 days and reviews will be out shortly after that as well as the launch of the Super RTX cards, which will be worth looking into before purchasing the standard 2080 as they are about to be removed from shelves and replaced by the Super variants and from the recent reviews the 2070 Super is much cheaper and is pretty much equal to the regular 2080 and the 2080 Super is rumored to be impressive for the same price as the original, so waiting until next month would be a better time to ask for a build list if you want the best price to performance, but if you can't wait here's this. Please also remember to quote or tag the person you are replying to or else they will not know that you have responded.

also would having 2 video cards be worth having what are the benefits to having two

Not really a benefit to SLI unless you are specifically using applications and stuff that support or work better with Multi GPU, some games won't even use more than one card at a time. If you're getting a card like the 2080 and don't plan on doing hefty rendering and stuff like that and are just planning on gaming then one card will be fine.

can I hit you up in a month when I am reedy to start my build and get your advice on all those new parts coming out

Yeah absolutely there should be a message option if you go to my profile just message me on there or quote me on here when you are ready, and I can make an updated part list with whatever I think will work best for you.
