i have a problem that i am trying to solve , i have a ryzen 2600 rx 580 8gb  , 12 gb of ram on a a320m motherboard.   the a320m has debug lights for each component , cpu , ram , vga and boot device. whenever i turn on my computer , it lights up , graphics card RGB logo comes on fan starts to spin ,  case fans and cpu fan run as normal , but the debug light is stuck on the VGA  meaning graphics card and as a result it wont post or boot. if it was a case where my graphics card was dead , i assume it wouldn't power on at all , i am trying to figure out  what is the cause if its possible a power surge damaged the card leaving it unable to work

REseat it, make sure it's seated properly, unplug and replug power cables, clear CMOS. When troubleshooting anything believing something is ok is not an option, Yes or No are the only two options believe me ?

Main System: Ryzen 2700, Asus Crosshair VII Hero, EVGA GTX 1080ti SC, 970 EVO Plus NVMe, Crucial Ballistix 3200mhz CL14, CM H500, CM ML240L cpu cooler.

Second System: Ryzen 2400G, Gigabyte B450 DS3H, RX 580 Nitro+, Kingston A400 SSD, Team T-Force 3200mhz CL15

If it ain't overclocked it ain't good...
