Is this upgrade OK?

Sorry if I'm not doing this right, it's my first post here.

 

I made a budget build 3 years ago. As I am now working, I am looking at upgrading this desktop as my work allows us to work from home a couple of days a week and I am also learning some photoshop. One of the things I'm looking into upgrading is my RAM - I got 8Gb or RAM back then (HyperX Fury Noir 8 Go DDR4 2133 MHz CL14) and I would like to get 16 in total now, which I feel would be confortable for my usage. I was wondering if mixing marks/CL (one CL14 with one CL15) would be ok, as long as I keep the same Mhz, or would that not be ok to do?

 

I'm asking because according to amazon (I'm in Europe, using amazon.fr for reference), a single 8Go of DDR4 2133 Mhz CL14 is worth as much as 16Go of DDR4 2133 Mhz CL15 or twice as much as 8Go of DDR4 2133 Mhz CL15.

I believe these days you are allowed to mix ram and it still works in dual channel
