Either clone your OS and applications to your new SSD, or do a fresh install of Windows. I recommend the latter.

Here's instructions on how to do a fresh install:

- Back up your important files (e.g. photos, documents).

- Download the Windows 10 ISO file onto a USB: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10

- Shut down your system, unplug the HDD, and plug in the SSD and the USB drive (with the WIndows ISO file).

- Enter your BIOS and boot off the USB.

- Keep spamming 'next' as you go through the Windows installation.

- Once Windows and all your drivers are installed, turn off your PC.

- Plug in your HDD (but keep your SSD plugged in), enter the BIOS, and boot off your SSD.

- In Windows, format your old HDD (this will erase all of its contents).
