Stuck in Bios

Hello, today I build new pc for my friend, every thing went smooth until we needed to install windows 10, in first boot there was message saying that we need to configure settings in bios press f1, well we did that selected boot priority usb first then f10 and it restarted then we got back in bios, trayed unplugging other drives still same result and for some reason in bios it shows asus ryujin 240 cooler as 4mb usb drive. Have no clue what to do to install OS from usb stick. Usb with windows install works on other pc
