GPU Upgrade

Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade R9 390. So far I haven't found anything that really catches my eye. Any suggestions? I'm good for either Nvidia or AMD. Thanks.

Currently running a i5 6600k (planning to upgrade to a 7700k). I hoping to spend less than 700 dollars.

I know AMD announced some new CPU's at Computex this year. Did mention anything about new graphics cards too?

There are hints here and there at them but no specs or actual names yet. Just the architecture.
