My GPU has been at 139MHZ, unable to play most games. Idk if its my PSU not sufficient or what, 650w.

Any ideas?

somehow its locked at idle/ power saving state. (assuming its not a ancient gpu...)

drivers/ windows/ game settings may have some impact

What GPU are we talking about?

What is the scenario you're seeing this in?

Is this while playing a game, or is this idle in windows?

Not likely its a laptop, but is it?

Gamesystem: X3700, 32GB memory @3200mhz, GTX1080 Hybrid

Unraid system: Epyc 7352, 24/48, 96GB ECC buffered @2666mhz, 2x GT710, GTX1050Ti

MSI Afterburner is a piece of software, ill asume you mean the graphics card is a GTX 1060.

So you are seeing the clock speed drop while in windows. This is fairly normal and its called powersaving.

Can you run MSI Afterburner and a game at the same time, see if the clock speeds go and stay high, say in the 1400+ range?

If I don't reply it's probly because I am in a different time zone or haven't seen your message yet but I will reply when I see it ?

Like @Ben17 said, also a screenshot of the GPU being under load please.

You can easily put it under load when using a program like passmark's BurnInTest.

sorry i dont understand

There are multiple ways you can stress a system to take a screenshot of MSI afterburner to see what it shows under load.

Running a game is the most common one, but when you have 1 monitor this can be annoying to take a screenshot.

That is why i recommended BurnInTest, with that software you get a small window showing that you are testing your video card, so you can easily take a screenshot of MSI Afterburner while the card is under load.

Then the only option i have for you is to flash your VGA bios.

This has the potential to brick your card tho. so best to RMA it or take it to a repairshop.
