So I've build a completely new PC,

and now trying to install windows, I used Rufus and the Media Creation tool (switching the USB slot don’t work and switching the USB stick don’t work either), so now the issue: at first I was stuck in the very first 5 dot screen, than in the language selection screen so on and so on, with each try I get a little bit further. Until now now I’m stuck at 35% and BSOD appeared, since I’m not in an installed windows I can’t get you the files... I made an picture and will attach.

bios recognised everything, Temps look ok, bios ran for 2 hours straight without problems...

Yes I've unpluged the red the 970 Evo was new and I dont had another computer to reformat it. Now I dont see the BSOD but the thing frezes randomly at some point. Sometimes in the Selection for language and some times when it sits at 34%... It is so f****ng frustrating.

First things first - is your BIOS up to date?

Next try creating your own installation media on USB using DISM and adding the chipset, storage drivers and USB drivers to the version of Windows you wish to install. This will involve exporting part of the image to a WIM file, mounting it, adding the drivers, unmounting and copying it to the USB drive, renaming the original source file (install.esd) and the newly created WIM file to install.wim. If the WIM file is over 2GB large, you can use DISM to split it into 2GB'ish files, and copy the resulting SWM files (they should be named install.swm, install1.swm, install2.swm etc. depending of the size of the original WIM file).

If that fails, try booting from USB, select the repair options, open the command prompt, manually create the partitions, applying the image, and create the boot files following these instructions. When done, shut down the PC, remove the USB flash drive, power on, and it should -at least theoretically- enter the out-of-box-experience (OOBE) where you create your user account etc.
