I'm at my wits end here. I have tried everything.

So essentially I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place.

If I run my RAM at its Rated XMP speed of 3200mhz eventually every game will crash. But the game will run smoothly up until that point. I can turn XMP off and dial in the timings and voltage myself. Games still crash.

If I run the RAM at anything below it's rated speed all of my games and the desktop will stutter once every minute.

I have bought new RAM to solve the issue to no avail. I went from this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0196QN82U/ref=cm_sw_r_fm_apa_i_tt5fDbCE26PN3

To this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B015FXXBW0/ref=cm_sw_r_fm_apa_i_Vu5fDbPJK5J2P

I did this because I heard populating all 4 dimms can cause issues.

This is my build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/ncKqcY

I've done memory tests. Aida, Prime 95 furmark all the tests you can think off to test both RAM and the system. Any help would be highly appreciated

EDIT: BIOS is up to date.

In most cases Ryzen 1st Gen maxes out at 2933Mhz, anything above that will cause errors, you could set timings and voltage manually and set the frequency to 2933

I've had it running for a year at 3000 only recently has this started to happen. I know how to adjust the timings. I just don't know what to.
