I look up prices from here-

http://www.costtocost.in/list/pricelist.pdf(this is a retail store pricelist)

and

https://gamesncomps.com/

BTW  0.015$= Rs.1

P.S you can look up prices from amazon.in too(but they are way too expensive)

Well for some reason the prices you listed are much cheaper than on Amazon India so I guess wherever you're getting your parts are much cheaper? or there is a conversion error between currencies?

No conversion/error...just look at my reply from where I look up prices.I convert prices from google currency convertor for your comfort

The build should be futureproof so that If I want to Ugrade, I can do so with ease without buying extra parts

I'll recommend something like this...

Ryzen 3 1200

MSI Tomahawk b450 mobo

4x2 3000mhz ram

Rx570

Decent budget PSU, something like cxm / cx series from Corsair or masterwatt series from cooler master. Avoid Corsair VS units.

A budget case.

Performance of r3 1200 and 2200g is very low

I also might change procesor to i5 9400F

9400f alone costs around 11000 inr..

Not worth getting when your budget is around 30000 inr.

Thats still almost 1/3 of your budget on a CPU, good luck fitting a good GPU that can handle 60fps@1080p high settings AND a power supply that isn't a ticking time bomb.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600  Heatsink: ID-Cooling Frostflow X GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 Mini 6GB RAM: KLEVV Bolt 3600Mhz (2x8GB) Mobo: ASUS B550-F ROG Strix (Wifi)  Case: Fractal Design Meshify C PSU: Deepcool DQ-M-V2L
