RazerComms Connecting Issue

I just downloaded RazerComms vers. 1.82.15 and when I put in my Synapse 2.0 account credentials I get stuck at connecting...and never sign in. I am able to get into my bio and version page of razer comms but thats it. Ive tried reinstalling razercomms, adding all razer.exes to my firewall trusted programs, turning off my firewall entirely, and nothing seems to fix it. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

teamspeak<walkietalkies, but this is pretty ridiculous so I might just. Razer software blows...
