Hey yall, so I just started a new build finished everything all I need to do was download windows 10. When I tried to download Windows 10 (from USB) it would get to the loading screen the little circle that would go around would stop then my PC would turn off this is really annoying please help.

You indicated that the machine was shutting down before the Windows installer welcome screen appears. Most likely possibilities are poorly installed or poor functioning cpu cooler and memory errors. 

 

To verify memory use https://www.memtest86.com/.

 

Is the cpu cooler compatible with the new cpu? If it is not up to handling the new cpu loads, you may be experiencing thermal shutdown.

While the memory may be compatible, it may be failing. The memtest program will thoroughly test the sticks to determine if that is the case.

 

If the cpu is a Ryzen and the BIOS memory settings were to run the memory at its advertised speed, you might also try running it at its default settings instead.
