Hello guys ,

I have a problem with my gigabyte g1 gaming 1050 ti ..... so today I built my new PC and I released that the graphics cards leds where not lighting up!! At first I though that it was understandable because on my old pc I had disabled them (because i didnt have a sidepanel that had glass) when I went to open them using the extreme gaming engine I quickly released that the graphics card was not responding to those commands ...please help me if somebody knows anything!!

@ItzUknown Okay here are a couple of things you can try.  The support page for your GPU has two separate utilities that could be used to control the card, the Xtreme one you have already tried and the Aorus Engine which may be an option, I do not know as I have never used the software however it seems to have been updated again in June which may help.  Secondarily There seems to be a bios update for the card listed on the support site for it.  Maybe update the bios on the card.  I will highlight that updating the Bios on the card is not as easy as the motherboard and there is potential to fail.  If you choose to take that step you may want to contact Gigabyte support first.  I am not trying to be a pain but I cannot be responsible if you attempt that and it bricks the card.

In my experience I have gotten answers from Aorus faster through their facebook page and chat than through their support site if you do want to get in touch with them.

Ugh...I had the same exact issue with a 'Gigabyte RX 570' Gigabyte's RGB support is awful and it took kme about a week to figure out a 'solution'

Basically, what I had to do was install RGB Fusion and find a file called 'LEDON' double-clicked it and the RGB turned on. Their software is flaky to say the least.

I’ve had a lot of RGB problems related to “quick boot” settings.

try disabling quick boot in windows 10 settings and in your motherboards bios settings as well.

And how did you find the file called ledon exactly??
