I have tried numerous things ranging from ddu and fresh installing my latest gpu drivers, checking temps on cpu and gpu they sit at around 54-63c while gaming. I used burnintest and it said there was no issues with the hardware, I ran memory diagnostic no errors found, I updating my OS from 1803 to 1903 update. I ran a malwarebytes scan it found malware and I quarantined it, it helped a bit but the stutter is still kinda there. It's not a crazy stutter but I'll go from like 60fps (vsync) to like 53 or 56 around that, it's smooth the whole time till it randomly happens and I'm not sure what to try or if it's just my gpu needing to be replaced. Anyones thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
