cpu temp (idle) : 95 F
cpu temp (gaming) : under 122 F
gpu temp (idle) : 95 F
gpu temp (gaming) : max 149 F

my friend gave me his motherboard : p8h67m-pro : temp 86 F
cpu temp (idle) : 104 F
cpu temp (gaming) : under 149 F
gpu temp (idle) : 104 F
gpu temp (gaming) : max 149 F

i replaced the thermal paste, still no difference
i opened the pc case, still no difference

what should i do?

Are you sure you're not mixing up your temperature signs, because 122F = 50C / 149F = 65C, which if its the temps under gaming load I'm sure all the overclockers want to know what sort of freak cooling do you have

 

Or in any case it is the correct temps in Fahrenheit, then what are you worrying about, those are great temps.
