PDF editor for issue with this:

Hey all.

I downloaded one book but the order of words in a book is kinda weird.As you can see most words are overlapping the space qt right side of the page

The girl printed it in her store and wanted to truss,and all I got is this on pictures.

So I need a software,and which one,so I can reorder the words to be able to print it normally.

Basically I need a software to make a space on each page of a book si the book can truss without damaging the printed words.

Can anyone help with it?

The book will be printed as a book,2 pages of a book will be printed on one sheet of paper,because book is huge.

Can't you just reduce the print size so that the page fits within the truss area?

 

Print at 90% for example.  Our office copier does this easily, as does reducing within Soda PDF software we use at the office.

I think she did that,but again some problem.

Is there a PDF Editor to shrink the words to desired size if that would help?

I really don't know what printer she is using it but it's a huge machine.

I just know that she is using Foxit PDF Reader.

Even my lowly Samsung desk printer scales...  so just use that feature when printing.

I don't know the printer options/preferences of that printer.  Did you look?

 

Honestly, I'd take the file to Kinkos or similar and have them print it.  Since you don't have a serious printer and it's a lot of pages, let their machines take the wear and toner usage.

 

They will be able to print it exactly how you want it.

You can also set wider Margins in print settings too, accomplishes it.

Like i said ANY printer can change the margins or set scaling.

 

When you print it, don't you get a Print Setup box that has settings to change?  Like pages, margins, number of copies?

Damn....as I told you 3 times already my friend,I don't print,she prints it.

But since the book is awkward,I need to re-arange it so she can print it normally so she can truss.

So how do I do that?

It's not very hard to relay what I told you... to her.  Have HER modify the scaling or margins.

 

It's the exact same on her printer as well since it's in the print software, and all printers use this.

 

I'm sorry she's not a good printer.  That's why I said go to a professional print shop.  

 

Do you need anything other than moving the words away from the edges of the page?  That is all I see you needing.

Edit:  I keep telling YOU this, because I figure since you said SHE is a bad printer, then YOU can just print it on your printer.  It's honestly the easiest thing to do after changing the number of copies.

With which software?All she uses is Foxit PDF Reader.

I need software to re-arange the pdf file so when she prints and truss it doesn't happen like on the pictures...

It's part of the print software for each printer, see where it says Manual Scaling for the printer at my office?  It's in Printer Properties.

On the very off chance her printer doesn't have this, get it professionally printed.

Also, i just verified that Adobe Reader DC has custom scaling on the print box that opens with you hit print.
