Need help with designing an addressing scheme for a network with multiple subnets

Dralexus
Hi,
I am a BTEC student and had given up due to deadlines on doing the Ds for my Maths unit, I have time until today or latest tomorrow to complete this task, but really have no idea what to look for and how to do it. I have no assignment brief, just the assessment grading and criteria. In order to get it I need to do the the following -
Design an addressing scheme for a network with multiple subnets, utilising CIDR, justifying your choices.

Here is what the assessor would look when grading - D1 could be dealt with by giving learners a case study of a network with, say, three subnets containing 1000, 200 and 30 hosts respectively and getting them to design subnet addresses and masks to optimise the allocation of IP addresses.

I dont want anyone doing it for me, just pointing the way of what to learn in order to do the task successfully.

Keep in mind my networking knowledge is limited, but I am a fast learner. Also, I am aware there is already a post with answer to this, but doesn't really help me as my tutor hadn't even tough us anything related to the subject.
