Vibration problem with water cooler

Hello, 
I bought myself the silverstone thundra td02 and the TJ04-E, i have mounted it on top and its set up to take air inside and push out, the problem is that its vibrating extremely , i feel it on my table and its really annoying what should i do. I have put the rubber thing in between the rad and the fan. Please help me
