Massdrop CTRL Setup

So im trying to setup my massdrop ctrl keyboard with their configuration. I got to the part where I have to go into the command center and I have hit a wall and can't find any solutions. If anyone knows what im doing wrong or can help me from the start that would be great.

Where did you put the program file? If you run programs from the command line they either need to be part of the PATH variable or in the directory you are currently in. 

 

If you are not comfortable using the command line there are gui tools for loading the bin file onto the keyboard, like qmk toolbox that would be allot easier for you to use.
