Is there such a device that can take multiple external 5.25 drives and connect to a pc

More than one 5.25" drive (ie optical drive) in a single enclosure? What purpose are you trying to fill, would something like this be what you're looking for? Bear in mind that optical drives, even SATA ones, can be a bit fickle when used with multipliers so if you specifically want to duplicate discs a stand alone duplicator might be easier to get working.
