Mixing different RAM sticks F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR with F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

I have a Dual channel 2x4GB G.SKILL kit reference F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR and want to upgrade to 16GB, since I can't find the same kit new or used, i looked for he most similar that is being sold now.

Its the 2x4GB F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL kit, and knowing that you should keep your memories as equal as possible I looked at the specs and they seems to be exactly the same.

Is it ok to use these 2 kits together? Has anyone an ideia of what percentage of performance I would loose over exactly equal dimms?

I don't play that much, but would like my system to be as fast as possible.
