hi

i have i3-4150 and the temp is like 45°to 55° in normal(using mozilla ,read pdf)

but when i use programs like(photoshop, camtasia, and some game)the temp will be 65° to 80°

so i find this cooler :cooler master hyper h411r

is this cooler good and how much the different between the intel cooler and cm hyper h411r

(can this cooler make the temp in normal 30-40° and in hard work 45-55°)

Your temps seem normal.

Unless the fan speed is set to 100% rpm, it's pretty hard to compare temps. 55c at load probably isn't happening without 100% rpm. I wouldn't recommend it since there's no practical benefit from excessively low temps.

What rpm is the fan running at at load?

That's far from max which is 2500rpm. If you want lower temps, you can raise the fan speed.

The reason why the fan speed isn't at max is for low noise and there's no need to raise it if you don't want more noise.
