I'm from India and thinking about buying a laptop, I've shortlisted two laptops, the OMEN by HP 15-dc1093tx and the HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-dk0050tx.

They have almost the same specs, the pavilion costs about 3000Rs(about 45$) more but the pavilion has a 144hz display, whereas the Omen has a 60 Hz panel. But on the other hand, according to reviewers, the Omen has better thermals, and a customizable rgb 26 key rollover keyboard, I'm confused and any help would be appreciated.

Both of the laptops have a 1650 which will only be pulling enough frames for the Pavillion display to be useful on esports titles(Rocket League, CSGO, Dota, LOL etc). So in my opinion, if you want to save the extra couple bucks and get the better keyboard, go for the Omen.

Couls take a look at the Acer Predator Helios 300. The newer model has a 1650ti and a 144hz monitor. I was considering it myself before I decided to build a desktop because I reallly didn't need the mobility. For 1200$ us you're getting a great laptop for the price.
