PC Not Posting

So 1, it is a mining rig, but for no apparent reason it wont post. Worked perfectly fine up until now. I turn it on, screen black for a few sec, then it turns on, but nothing. Its just black, and it sits there for about 2-3min then i get the little MSI bios thing, then it goes black again and stays that way. I've tried unplugging all the graphics cards, all but 1, I've done clear cmos, and tried booting with out my boot drive and every combination of those, and i cant get it! Any help would be appreciated!

PC specs: MSI H310-A PRO

                 Intel pentium gold

                 4gb ram

                 5x 1060 6gb

                 1, Rx 470

                 1200w corsair psu

Have you tried to boot it off of integrated graphics?
