Weird Wallpaper

I got the new HP Omen 2018 version a few days ago. But when I finished setting up the laptop, there was a weird wallpaper. It looked familiar. So I looked it up and it was the album cover for 'Animals' by Pink Floyd. Can anyone tell me why it happened, because I got this laptop from a store, and it's supposed to be new.

16 GB Ram

1920x1080 144hz (G-Sync)
