So i just built a new PC last night and everything is going great, one thing i was going to use my PC for the most was a Minecraft local server. Well ive come to the conclusion that my issues are coming from java. I get the error 1603 which means That it couldn't install. So i have gone through multiple forums and everything to fix this issue and im seeing no possible fix at all. another thing is my local mc server wont work at all. i have start.bat that is supposed to run and start my server but it just flashes for about a half a second. so i have then tried running the servers jar through with a directory instead and it seems to then not close and tells me that i dont have enough ram for the "heap" ive looked into this as well (been doing this the entire day) and ive been told a wide range of things that dont work like set _JAVA_OPTION = X RAM and so on. it says something about java vm and not being able to create a java vm which i learned "Java Virtual Machine" i dont understand because ive installed java x64 and im on windows 10 x64
