so i’m thinking up a top of the line way too expensive computer and i just wanted to know, with a Ryzen Threadripper 2990WX on a Xenith Extreme Motherboard, could you handle;

(x2) 2080 ti’s

(x3) NVMe SSD’s (2 on DIMM.2)

Elgato 4K60 Pro

Yes.

 

It's within the 7 PCIe devices and 60 PCIe lanes limit of Threadripper, but you may have to pay attention to which slot you plug them into due to the multi CCX/Die design of Threadripper.

That should work fine, but I would consider waiting for the Nvidia Super cards to come out. A single 2080Ti Super would be a better experience than 2 2080Tis in many cases.
