I have problems with gta on dell precision t 5500.

 

1x intel xeon x5450(4c/4t)
4gb ddr2
Amd Hd 6950(can be changed for gt 740)

Problem.: graohics load in soooo late that I can see tru the map and lagging from the start. 

World if tanjs on ultra is fine(60 fps)

this seems like the major weak point, this CPU is way out of date for a gaming PC, especially for a modern title like GTA V. Is your ram 1x4GB or 2x2GB?

You sure it's DDR2? My dead T5500 has DDR3.

 

Edit: Yeh it will be, it's LGA771. There's ya problem
