Looking to Make/Buy a 180 degree usb-c extension/adapter

So, Ive been looking for the past week or so and cant seem to find it. I am looking for some way to get a 180 degree usb-c male to female to plug into my tab S5e and wrap around the back so that I can plug in other dongles without them looking like an antenna. Ive come across some charge/sync cables that has this 180 degree angle but nothing that would work well for what Im wanting to do.

Found that multiple times and it does seem like one of my better options but issue is that its going to jut out a bit. looking for something with a low profile like this

Sorry for necro-ing, but did you ever find a solution? I am looking to do approximately the same thing with my Samsung Tab S6. I did find this, but that was still a 6-inch cable...
